I forgot my password or my login email, what should do?
If you have forgotten your password, click Forgot Your Password on our Sign In page. Enter your email address and we will send you a temporary password. Once you log in, change your temporary password on your My Home tab under Profile & Contact Settings.
If you have forgotten the email address you used when you joined ImagineNations Network, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and location and we will update your email address for you.
Updating Your Profile, Contact Info & Account Settings
Once you log in to your ImagineNations Network account you can edit all of your profile information and contact settings on the My Home tab under Profile & Contact Settings.
Privacy and Your Public Profile
What about privacy? Is my personal information displayed openly on the web?
On the My Home tab under Profile & Contact Settings, you can see which information is included in your public profile, and you can click on View My Public Profile to see how your profile looks to others. Some of your Public Profile information is available on other websites in order to promote assistance opportunities and the program in general.
We will share your email with your mentoring matches at the time that you are matched in a mentoring relationship.
Closing Your Account
You can close, or temporarily deactivate, your ImagineNations Network account at any time. Just email email@example.com.
