First, you need to research your licence and permit instructions for your state or country.Second Where are you going to get the funds for you business, will you need a loan or investors? Where is the location going to be? What is the demographic like in the area you want your resturaunt? Is it in a high demand area? What kind of resuraunt do you want to open? What will it bring to the community? once you take those first step to knowing your needs you can than begin to network and find out who can help you but first you have to know what your needs are.

Ashiq, I'm not sure if this will be helpful in your particular context, but this American writer chronicled his journey on the New York Times. You may find the reading interesting and may be able to glean some of the basic steps and apply them to your context. Best of luck.
