I am a professional in Human resourse managment and I have been working in a firm and I think it is time to move on with my life and I decided to have a poultry firm though is not yet started. Am I in an awkward position as being a manager and now a poutlry firm owner? please let me know if is a good idea to start with or you can advice otherwise.
