EGA IJACHI thank you for thinking positively. I for one would recommend that you visit a nearby restaurant and inquire from the workers about the equipment they have. Besides you can visit kitchen stores in your town and inquire on restaurant equipments. Be sure such a store will give you all the required equipment because they will be thinking of making sales. Hopefully this will help you.
