Q. Where can I find practical information about import/export from China to the Usa and Europe?

I have lived and worked in China, the USA and France and have made contacts with producers of art and other luxury goods.  I would like to start an import/export business but do not have any experience in this area.  Can anyone help?  I currently work in Bosnia but am an American citizen.
